This Privacy Policy explains how <divs> ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our platform at divs.studio ("the Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Email address
  • First and last name
  • Password (stored securely using industry-standard hashing)
  • If you sign up with Google: basic profile information from your Google account

During onboarding, you may optionally provide:

  • Organization name
  • How you primarily use Webflow

Usage Information

We automatically collect:

  • AI usage metrics (number of requests, token counts, estimated costs) for billing and limit enforcement
  • Prompts and interactions submitted to the Canvas Editor AI, which we may use to improve the Service
  • Feature usage and interaction data (clicks, page views, feature adoption)
  • Browser and device information (browser type, operating system, screen size)
  • IP address at time of account creation

Payment Information

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers
  • Billing address (collected and stored by Stripe)
  • Subscription status, plan type, and billing history

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Track AI usage for billing and enforce usage limits
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, account notifications)
  • Send product updates and newsletter content (you can unsubscribe anytime)
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the platform
  • Respond to your support requests

3. AI and Your Content

When you use the Canvas Editor, your inputs are sent to third-party AI providers to generate component code. We collect information about your interactions with the AI, including the content of prompts you submit, to provide and improve the Service.

We also collect metadata about AI requests for billing and usage enforcement purposes, including the number of requests made, token usage, estimated cost, and conversation identifiers.

Your prompts and interactions are retained for the minimum period necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Images you upload for AI processing are not retained beyond the duration of your session.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We do not sell your personal information.

We only share your data:

  • With service providers necessary to operate the platform (listed above)
  • If required by law, regulation, or legal process
  • To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users

We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

8. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained while your account is active.
  • Usage logs are retained for billing, auditing, and abuse prevention purposes.
  • Payment history is retained as required for tax and financial record-keeping.

When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as billing records).

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Delete your account. Request deletion of your account and associated data.
